What this site is
Hollow Tier publishes a five-step informational course about opening and running an account for a downloadable online PC game. It is general information written for an ordinary reader in Australia. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, technical or security advice — and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances from someone qualified to give it.
It is also not training in any formal sense. There is no registration, no assessment, no certificate and no accreditation, and completing the checklists confers no qualification or status. Nothing here is endorsed by, affiliated with or delivered on behalf of any educational body or any game publisher.
Accuracy and change
The course is written carefully and reviewed as a set, with the review date shown in the footer of every page. Even so, the subject matter changes: system requirements, prices, terms of service, privacy notices, refund policies and classifications are all set by other organisations and can be altered without notice. Where the course needs a fact of that kind, it tells you to check it at the source rather than reproducing it, and that instruction is deliberate. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That does not displace any protection available to you as a consumer under the law of the country in which you live, including, for readers in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law and the non-excludable consumer guarantees it provides.
