Contact
There is no contact form on this site, because there is no system behind one. Everything arrives as ordinary email at one address, and it is read by the editorial team at the publisher.

What to write about
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a sentence on one of the five steps is wrong, out of date, or unclear enough to mislead, name the page and quote the sentence and it will be looked at. The same address takes questions about how the course is funded, about the editorial method described on the About page, and about anything in the legal pages.
Requests under the Privacy Policy — access to what is held about you, correction of it, or a complaint — should have the words Privacy request in the subject line, which is all that is needed to route them properly. Those are answered within 30 days, and there is no charge for asking.
What this address cannot help with
This site is not connected to any game publisher, platform or store. It cannot reset a password, recover an account, refund a purchase, investigate a ban, or look anything up on your behalf — it has no relationship with any of them that would allow it to. For any of those, the publisher of the game in question is the only place to go, through the support pages on its own website.
Nor can this address give legal, financial, security or professional advice of any kind, and nothing sent back from it should be treated as such. Where a question has an authoritative Australian answer, the course points at the body that publishes it: the ACCC on consumer rights, the OAIC on privacy, the eSafety Commissioner on online safety, Scamwatch on scams, and the Australian Classification Board on the classification of games.
What happens to your message
Email sent to this address is stored by our email service provider, which may hold data outside Australia, and is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim. It is used to reply and for nothing else: it is not added to any list, because there is no list, and it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. Anything you send that is not needed to answer you is deleted where it is lawful and reasonable to do so. The Privacy Policy sets all of this out principle by principle.
You may write under a pseudonym and will still get an answer, with one exception: a request for access to personal information has to be matched to a real record, so that one needs enough identification to find it.
